The Board of Directors meets monthly, on the third Monday of each month, at the following location: 2030 Shadow Rock, South Woodland Hills Clubhouse in Kingwood. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM, and the meetings usually run until around 9:00 PM. There is usually no meeting in December.  The Board invites your input into the operation of your Association. We welcome your attendance at the Board meetings and the annual meeting.
