The annual meeting of the members will be held on November 16th, 2026,  at 7:00 p.m.

 

The meeting will be held at the South Woodland Hills Clubhouse at 2030 Shadow Rock, Kingwood, TX 77339.

 

 

 

The Board of Directors meets monthly, on the third Monday of each month, at the following location: 2030 Shadow Rock, South Woodland Hills Clubhouse in Kingwood. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM, and the meetings usually run until around 9:00 PM. There is usually no meeting in December.  The Board invites your input into the operation of your Association. We welcome your attendance at the Board meetings and the annual meeting.
