The Board is made up of volunteers and consists of nine (9) members elected to three-year terms. Three directors are elected each year at the annual meeting in October. The Board currently consists of the following members (term in parenthesis):

Vice President - JC Clifton

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Board has the primary responsibility for all Community Associations matters; however, we also contract with three (3) separate management companies for the day-to-day operations.
- Sterling ASI (website) is the main point of contact for all matters pertaining to Deed Restrictions, Assessments, Architectural Control, etc. The village manager is Cathy Hooper.
- Kingwood Community Pool Company ( website)manages the swimming pool and are in charge of hiring a third party company to assist in the pool maintenance year round.
The Woodland Hills Trails Association ( website) maintains the North Woodland Hills Park as well as the trails that run through the village.
